January 2024 was the fourth month of CID programme operations.  The year started with a bang, with 39° heat and close to 4 000 people enjoying New Years Day on Clifton 4th, 3rd, and 2nd beaches, with around 300 more on Glen Beach. The roads were totally gridlocked....
