Meet our service providers

TSU provides on the ground services inside of the public safety programme.  Foot and vehicle-based patrols are conducted on a 24/7/365 basis.  Patrollers have a direct link to the CID control room who are able to escalate issues to the authorities as may be needed.

Senixa provides CCTV / LPR camera installation, surveillance and maintenance services as part of the public safety programme. Senixa operates the CID control room and works in conjunction with the patrol teams to respond to issues and incidents as these occur.

J&M Cleaning is responsible for cleaning and urban management services. They work alongside the City of Cape Town’s teams to ensure that the public spaces of Clifton are clean. They also report infrastructure faults so that these can be attended to by the City.

Green4Life Gardeners are tasked with maintaining and improving the public green spaces through the CID footprint. The team carefully trims and tidies vegetation, removes alien invasive species and tackles special projects in green spaces.

Ignisive bring life to the CID’s social development programme. Working with vulnerable community members, they offer access to psychosocial support, accommodation and placement onto the CID’s work programme, all the while carefully supporting each individual in their journeys off the street.
