Urban Management Survey

As part of the CID establishment process, an Urban Management Survey (UMS) was conducted to ascertain resident and public views and concerns about the Clifton and Glen Beach area and help identify service priorities for the Clifton and Glen Beach areas.

The results of this survey informed the five-year business plan that was approved by ratepayers and the City of Cape Town and that has formed the basis of the operations of the CID.
